As someone born and raised in England, who then later emigrated to Canada, I have had a long-held passion for learning the earth-based spiritual practices of my ancestral traditions. I have been researching and teaching in this area for many years.

There are nature-based spiritual cosmologies going back 13,000 years across the British Isles and Ireland.

Those of us with European ancestry often feel disconnected from earth-based spirituality, however, our ancestral traditions hold vast stores of wisdom guiding us into deep nature communion.

I offer classes steeped in up-to date research, and mythology and local customs, combined with intuitive and embodied experiential practice that lead us back into relationship.

Initially, you can book a 30-minute online consult where we will outline your specific needs and expectations for the group session.

Once this is determined, we can schedule the class.

I offer a minumum of 1 hour per class, at $90/hour. Rates are adjusted if class duration runs over 3 hours.
