Ecosomatics is an emerging field blending somatics and nature connection. This is a potent area of study, exploring how neuroplasticity and nervous system work can be deeply supported by nature connection.
As an ecosomatics educator, I provide both theoretical and practical material to support clients and students who wish to integrate somatic practice with nature connection.
I can provide classes that focus on personal and/or professional development, focusing on:

Book a time with me and we'll start crafting the perfect class or experiential session. Available online, or in-person in Grey County, Ontario, or Vancouver, British Columbia.
How it works:
Initially, you can book a 30-minute online consult where we will outline your specific needs and expectations for the group session.
Once this is determined, we can schedule the class.
I offer a minumum of 1 hour per class, at $90/hour. Rates are adjusted if class duration runs over 3 hours.
